Inetimi Timaya Odon, better known by his stage name Timaya, has announced that his new track, EFF All Day, a collaboration with Phyno of Penthauze Records, will be released tomorrow.
The Egberi Papa 1 of Bayelsa, popularly known as Plantain Boy, revealed this on his Instagram account on Tuesday, August 10, when he wrote: “EFF ALL DAY ft @phynofino 15–8–21. Let’s get started.”
The single will be his first since his last album, Gratitude, and will be released through his DM Records Limited label. His first collaboration with Phyno since their 2017 release Telli Person will be the new tune.

Timaya’s solo career began with the release of Dem Mama in 2005, which was also featured on his debut album, True Story, released the following year. In 2008, he published his second album, Gift and Grace. His third studio album De Rebirth, published in collaboration with Black Body Entertainment, and its lead hit Plantain Boy helped him acquire even more notoriety and international acclaim. Commercially, both were a hit.
Timaya released Upgrade in 2012, which included songs such as Bum Bum, Sexy Ladies, and Malonogede. In 2014, he released Epiphany, his fifth studio album, a 20-track collection that included global successes like Sanko, Ukwu, and Bum Bum Remix, which included dancehall sensation Sean Paul.
