Singer Tanasha Donna is hyped following her first movie cameo; a Nigerian movie dubbed “Symphony” set to stream on Netflix.
The singer, who is also set to appear in a Nollywood series, said that shooting the movie six months ago was a different experience for her.
“Another thing I’m super excited for this year is the movie that we filmed last year in Lagos, it’s called Symphony,” she said in an interview.
“It’s kinda like Empire but a movie for Africa, it’s a blockbuster movie and it’s gonna be on Netflix as well, it’s dropping at the end of March.

Tanasha revealed she will be playing a girlfriend of a big star who is constantly cheating on her. The movie will have several stars such as rapper Efa Iwara, Jackie Appia, Scarlet Gomes among others.
“It has big names like D’banj, Jackie Appia and Efa Iwara,” she said.
“I am actually playing the role of a girlfriend of a superstar and he basically has a habit of cheating, that of the typically artiste rockstar style and my role is a little bit dramatic where I am always catching him in his games and stuff like that. I’m gonna be a little bit of a drama queen in this movie which is unlike me.”
