New Music: M.I.A – Freedun ft. Zayn

It’s here! M.I.A. has released her collaboration track “Freedun” with Zayn Malik.

This time around, the “Paper Planes” singer croons about self-confidence and resilience over a floaty, winding melody. “Even aliens see the presentation/ Yeah, tune up the dial on the station/ And think of me sort of like Tarzan/ And I’m swinging this beat, salvation,” she says right before the ex-One Directioner’s lush croons chime in.

M.I.A’s forthcoming album AIM is out on September 9.
