In formation, every member of a group has a purpose towards an end goal. Ours at the #INFORAFRICA Alliance is to deliver preventive and life saving messages across the continent as well as supporting initiatives which fight the disease, create a positive impact on local communities, and contribute to achieving resilience and fostering hope.
We are endorsed by the World Health Organization, the Africa Union, and the Africa CDC (Centers for Disease Control) as a subsidiary initiative and part of their Africa-owned response to the COVID-19 crisis. Our mandate is knowledge sharing and dissemination. To this end, we have created the #INFORAFRICA FESTIVAL scheduled to take
place on June 14, 2020.
The festival will use the voices of influencers to disseminate fact-based health messages across Africa, and raise relief for the Continent’s most vulnerable communities. This is an hours long infotainment festival that will air on Soundcity TV Channel 327 on DSTV, and will also stream on the Soundcity YouTube page.
