Reports surfaced on Monday that Selena Gomez and The Weeknd have broken up after about 10 months of dating. Yes, The Weeknd and Selena Gomez are officially over, a source close to the R&B crooner confirms. Fans of the talented duo/couple immediately had questions about the surprise break up as you likely could have guessed.
A source told People magazine: “She and Abel have been going back and forth for a few months about their relationship. It’s been hard with him being on tour and her shooting in New York. That wasn’t easy on them.”
However, Selena isn’t taking her family’s feelings on-board – she’s been around Justin at least three times in the last week alone.
The 25-year-old singer had previously opened up about her romance with The Weeknd, admitting she loves “tremendously big”.
