“Just enjoy the video — it’s not that deep,” says Mr Eazi, in Noisey latest ‘The People Vs’ episode.

This is the place where Noisey makes artists IRL face up to the comments people leave on YouTube under that sweet cloak of anonymity. After Wiz Khalifa, Migos, Ed Sheeran and Stormzy, its Nigerian artist Mr Eazi’s turn to take on the trolls (and the fans, tbh).

In this episode Mr Eazi responds to the good, the bad, and the funny YouTube comments from his video for “Leg Over.” At one point, things do actually get deep though—so deep Eazi has to take his sunglasses off to really make a point about the song’s emotional undertones hit home.
