Highly revered hip-hop veteran Babatunde Adewale better known as Modenine has joined the league of Nigerian artistes who have chosen August as the most eligible month to drop an LP. Modenine has announced that he will be releasing a new album “Insulin” on the 16th August.
The rapper has dubbed his album release date as “SUGAR FREE DAY”. Modo also alleges that his upcoming album will be his last solo album for Nigeria. The rapper berated the fact that his LP’s does not receive the much needed acceptability and patronage by the acclaimed Nigerian hip-hop community. He said sadly they are just there for the hype.
Watch out Modenine has been featured on a DJ Jimmy Jatt upcoming single “Greatest” which will also feature Ghanaian rap star M.anifest and Navio.
