Buruklyn Boyz, a Drill duo that has been putting Kenya on the map with the genre, is set to release its debut album on Friday, 20.
Buruklyn Boyz is a music group with rappers Ajay and Mr. Right as the face. They broke out and got world recognition following their classic hit “Nairobi” in 2020.
Since Drill music became popular in late 2019, many Kenyan artists have jumped on the wave.
On social media, Buruklyn Boyz announced the dates and promised to share more on the album later.
“On 20/05/2022 we are dropping our first Album EAST MPAKA LONDON which has taken time, energy and hardwork. Cant wait for you all to hear it,” said the group.
Other songs from the group include Dream ya Kutoka kwa Block, Piga Lean, Woosh Woosh among others.
