Dancehall star, Damini Ogulu, also known as Burna Boy, was, few days ago, docked before an Ikeja Magistrate’s Court by Lagos State Police, over his alleged role in the robbery of a fellow musician, Abiye David Jombo, also known as Mr 2Kay.
Following the Lagos State Commissioner of Police, CP Imohimi Edgar’s announcement, declaring controversial Burnaboy, wanted, in connection with the robbery and assault case on singer, Mr. 2Kay, which occurred on October 22, 2017.
Though the management of Burna Boy, Spaceship Entertainment, has come out to deny his involvement in the robbery attack on another colleague, Mr. 2kay.
Before the lights and cameras that Lagos afforded, the city of Port Harcourt hosted both stars at the start of their careers. Burna Boy and Mr 2kay share affiliations that run deeper than the music industry in Lagos.
