Tanzanian singer Zuchu has hit 2 million subscribers on YouTube making her the first female artist in East Africa to achieve the fete.
The singer, who has been officially in the music indsutry for less than 3 years, is now the fourth most subscribed to female artist in Africa.
She’s also the fastest person in Africa to get the silver button after garnering 100K subscribers in just a week after being unleashed as the news member of Diamond Platnumz’s Wasafi Record in April 2020.

In 2021 the singer surpassed fellow Tanzanian singer Nandy after hitting 1 million subscribers on YouTube to become the first female artiste in Africa to achieve such a milestone within 11 months.
