On Sunday, October 9, 2016, Wizkid‘s in-law, Seun Rowland Awoniyi died of cancer in the Unites States.
In his last Instagram post, he wrote, “I always Thank God for the gift of life, when I look back. Still living… Oluwaseun!!!”
The father of two was married to Wizkid’s elder sister, Yetunde Balogun.
Since news of his death was made public, his close friends and family members took to social media to mourn him.
