Lil Wayne threatens a shut down of “Young Money Records”

Often regarded as the “Best Rapper Alive” or simply the best rapper ever, Dwayne Michael Carter, Jr., a.k.a. Lil Wayne, Weezy or Tunechi is demanding that his label be handled properly or else he may shut it down.

Is it the end for Young Money? Young Money Entertainment is an American record label founded by rapper Lil Wayne. Truth is, Lil Wayne allegedly wants the termination of Young Money as a joint venture with Cash Money. After filling a legal documents, asking a judge “appoint a receiver to supervise the operations of Young Money Label joint venture or order the termination of Young Money Label joint venture and appoint a liquidator,” according to The Blast.

The report claims that Brian “Birdman” Williams responded to the request by saying that Wayne is not at liberty to close the label while he is still under Cash Money.

In all, Lil Wayne has finally had enough of Birdman cashing checks, and either wants the Young Money music label handled properly or shut down.
