Father to Nigeria’s favourite music act,Falz, Femi Falana (SAN) has revealed that late Femi Anikulapo Kuti remains the most interesting client he has ever had in his history of practising law.
Femi Falana is an human right lawyer who defended Fela all through his years. The attorney revealed that Fela would give him a prior notice to his intended violation, telling him to get ready to defend him in court.
Falana made this known during his lecture session that marked the posthumous celebration of the late musical icon.
He stated further that Fela broke a lot of laws and got away with it because he always prepared his defence ahead.
“I was Fela’s lawyer and I can tell you here, he’s been my most interesting client.
