Miley Cyrus will perform at this year’s Billboard Music Awards, marking her return to the stage for the worldwide television debut of her highly anticipated new single “Malibu.”
Cyrus announced the news Wednesday (May 10) with a promo video teasing her soon-to-be-released “Malibu” song and video.
