While it is the awards and fashion that normally dominates headlines at the Golden Globes, this year it was Meryl Streep’s speech that captured everyone’s attention.
The actress won the Cecil B. DeMille Award in honor of her longstanding career in Hollywood.
She used the chance to blast Donald Trump and urged Americans to hold the powerful accountable.
