Tiwa Savage Says She Feels Like ‘Giving Up’: “It’s a Sin to be a Woman in Africa”

Tiwa Savage is frustrated, it seems with the state of things surrounding her.

The ‘Malo’ singer did not give details of her recent struggles, she reveals that she often feels like throwing in the towel and it is because of the misogynist system structured to frustrated efforts of hardworking women like her.

“It’s a sin to be a woman in Africa,” said the Ma Lo singer in the emotional post, adding that she feels like giving up. “Tired of fighting. Tired of proving myself. Tired of fighting.”

In another post, the Mavin star shared her photo with her son Jamil Balogun. “It’s not easy but you make it worth it, I pray you grow up to treat EVERY woman like a queen because you’ve seen what your mama had to go through
Don’t know what I’d do without the love you give me, I will give my life for you,” she wrote.
