Following a fresh round of threats by Majek Fashek‘s management to slam a N100m lawsuit against Timi Dakolo for infringing on copyright laws when he did a remake of ‘Send Down The Rain’.
The singer, however, has always insisted that he did in fact pay Majek’s management at the time to use the song.
