Remembering Zara Gretti: Late singer who died of Multiple Sclerosis (MS)
Zara whose real name is Margaret-Mary Joseph, a multi-talented Nigerian-American born singer known for her hit songs including “Aboko ko”, “The Flyest” and “Teno” was born on the 28th March, 2017.
She passed away at 28 years of age after her battle with multiple sclerosis at the U.S. The Mayo Clinic defines Multiple sclerosis (MS) as
“a potentially debilitating disease in which your body’s immune system eats away at the protective sheath (myelin) that covers your nerves. Damage to myelin causes interference in the communication between your brain, spinal cord and other areas of your body. This condition may result in deterioration of the nerves themselves, a process that’s not reversible.”
Though dead, but will always be remembered.
