Davido’s crew member who Reportedly beat up airport officials was a U.S soldier

Earlier this week, there were reports of Umarudeen Kayode a member of Davido’s crew beating up airport officials after an argument on verification of luggage went sour at Murtal Mohammed International airport in Lagos on January 11th.

However new details on the Davido’s crew member, Kayode a.k.a Tyconne has emerged and they are:

1. He’s a former US Soldier – which explains why he was able to beat up airport officials (Singlehandedly) who allegedly couldn’t subdue him easily.

2. He served in war torn Afghanistan for a full year after volunteering. This was between 2015-2016

Kayode who punched a checkpoint staff on the face, resisted arrest and pummeled another airport security staff , injuring an assistant customs comptroller in the process on January 12th, was granted bail after he was arraigned before an Ikeja magistrate court and charged for assault, breach of public peace and resisting arrest.

The assault incident occurred when officials of the Nigeria customs service, Aviation security, a department under the federal airports authority of Nigeria and a staff of checkpoint over an attempt to check the tags on checked luggage of Davido on emirate flight.
